Read my statements

After closing, nobody wants to read a bank statement.
P.03Your 27 days
The typical small business holds just 27 days of cash. If sales stopped tomorrow, that’s how long it could keep paying its bills.1
How many days does your cash buy?
Your cash covers 33 days and runs out around late November.
Thin cushion. One slow month or one big repair could push you into the red.
Your cash shrinks by about $2,500 a month. At this pace it runs out in about 21 months.
Our Low Cash alert fires when cash falls below one month of spending: $48,500 for you.
Worked out in your browser. Nothing you type leaves this page.
P.04What you get
Your bank statement says what happened. Our reports say what to do.
Each period, two documents land in your portal, checked and approved by our team before you see them. Drag the ruler to compare.
Document A
Bank Accounting report
The full picture: where the money came from, where it went, and what’s left.
- Money in and money out, by category
- Operating cash flow, ending cash and days of cash
- Trends against last period, and your top vendors

Document B
Bank Alert report
What needs you now, most urgent first.
- All 13 tests, and what each one found
- Ranked high, medium or for your information
- The exact transactions behind every alert
- Plain-English explanations, and a person to ask
P.05Tick-mark legend
13 tests on every line. Then a person reads it again.
Auditors mark what they have checked with tick marks. These are ours. All thirteen run on every statement, every period, and nothing reaches you until our team has approved it.

P.10The fine print
The fine print, in large print.
Our CPAs bring more than 25 years of accounting and tax experience to businesses across Greater Philadelphia, from offices in King of Prussia, Philadelphia and Bensalem. The portal is held to the same standard as the advice.
- § 1
Two-step sign-in. Every account needs a code from an authenticator app, not just a password.
- § 2
Encrypted in transit. Everything travels over HTTPS, the same protection your bank’s website uses.
- § 3
Every upload virus-scanned. Files are checked for malware before anyone opens them.
- § 4
Owners decide who sees what. Staff can upload; reports, invoices and access stay with the owners.
- § 5
Seven years of records. Kept for seven years, then deleted for good.
- § 6
An audit trail. Who did what, and when, is on the record.
P.11Notes to the statement
Notes 1 to 9. Straight answers.
Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp and a real person will answer.
Ask a questionNote 1What is bank accounting?
We turn your bank and credit card statements into a clear picture of your business each period: where money came from, where it went, how much cash you really have, and what needs attention. It’s built from the one record that can’t be fudged: your bank.
Note 2Do I need to change my bank or accounting software?
No. Keep your bank, your cards and your software. You upload statements to the secure portal, and soon you’ll be able to connect your bank directly.
Note 3What do I need to upload?
All bank statements, credit card statements if you have any, your check register or a list of checks written with their purpose, POS or register printouts, and your ending inventory in detail.
Note 4Which file types work?
PDF and Excel statements; CSV, OFX, QFX and QBO downloads from online banking; and scans or phone photos of paper statements.
Note 5What counts as a bank transaction?
Each line on your bank statement: a deposit, a payment, a fee or a transfer. Every plan includes 150. Credit card statements are priced per line item.
Note 6Is this the same as bookkeeping?
It works alongside it. Bookkeeping records what happened; bank accounting reads it for warnings and decisions. We can hand your categorized transactions to QuickBooks or to your bookkeeper, and our CPAs also offer bookkeeping and tax preparation.
Note 7Can my staff upload documents?
Yes. Add your office manager or bookkeeper as staff. They can upload everything we need, while reports, invoices and access stay with the owners.
Note 8How is my information protected?
Two-step sign-in on every account, encrypted connections, a virus scan on every upload and an audit trail. Records are kept for seven years, then deleted for good.
Note 9Where are you?
Offices in King of Prussia, Philadelphia and Bensalem, serving businesses across Greater Philadelphia. The portal works from anywhere.
